Project column config

Sflow.io Kanban columns, also known as task statuses, allow users to define the stage of a task or issue as it flows through the business process. Users can access the Kanban column configuration through the Project settings, Column menu, where they can add, modify, delete columns, and move the order of the columns to suit their workflow.

Users can also add other users to the column as observers or approvers, which allows them to monitor the progress of tasks or issues in that column or approve them before they move to the next stage. This feature allows for better accountability and transparency in the project, as well as provides an additional layer of oversight to ensure that tasks or issues are being handled correctly.

The flexibility of the Kanban column configuration in sflow.io allows users to tailor their workflow to their specific needs, and adapt it as their project progresses. This ensures that the project is always set up in a way that is most efficient and effective for the team, and allows them to manage their tasks and issues effectively.
